Lavender Festival Hours: Noon to 5 pm Friday: 10 to 5pm Saturday & Sunday

Seasonal Hours: July 19 & 20 and July 26 & 27 , 10am to 4pm

Experience the Lavender Festival in picturesque Helvetia located in the hills just 20 minutes west of Portland.

~ Stroll through the lavender fields and perennial gardens.

~ Relax with tea and scones on our pavilion with a view of the coastal range and alpacas.

~ Listen to the music of Beltaines, Andreas Algieri, Adrian Martin and others.

~ View lavender oil being distilled. Purchase oil and other products made from our oil.

~ Explore the many booths full of lavender products and artistic creations.

~ Enjoy a famous Helvetia Tavern hamburger.

~ Purchase plants and learn about growing lavender in your garden.

Along with cutting bunches of lavender, wandering in our gardens and discovering the wonderful products and uses of lavender, you will have the opportunity to make wreaths, bouquets, and wands. Kids will enjoy a treasure hunt, the zipline, and the bungee jump.

In addition to the festival, we are open after the festival on Friday and Saturday, July 19 & 20 and July 26 & 27, for tea, scones or lunch on the pavilion as well as for cutting lavender. From July 15 through July 27th, we are open on Saturdays and Sundays as we harvest and distill. Come by, cut some lavender, and watch us distill it into lavender essential oil. Our shop will be open.

All the profits from the tea pavilion and festival help to fund the work of Good Samaritan Ministries supporting widows and orphans in several countries.
